A: All items will arrive individually wrapped for maximum freshness.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
They will keep fresh for up to 2 weeks after purchase.
Cookies
Best enjoyed within 4 days.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature no need to refrigerate.
You can warm cookies in the microwave for a few seconds before eating.
Q: Can I freeze the products? A: Yes! All our items can be frozen for up to 3 months. Store them in an airtight container or freezer-safe packaging to maintain freshness.
Q: Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or other special dietary options?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gluten-free, vegan, or other special dietary options.
We’re sorry, but we are unable to accommodate allergies or specific dietary requirements at this time.
Returns & Refunds Policy The Boxed Baker
At The Boxed Baker, we take pride in delivering freshly baked goods made with care and quality ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products:
No Returns or Refunds: Once an order has been dispatched from our bakery, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, except in exceptional circumstances.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider a refund or replacement if your order arrives significantly damaged or squashed due to mishandling during transit. In such cases:
We will assess the situation and may file a claim with our shipping partner, Royal Mail, to facilitate a refund or replacement.
Refunds will only be issued if the products are unsuitable for consumption. Minor cosmetic damage or slight squashing that does not affect the product’s quality will not qualify for a refund.
Replacements
If your order is deemed damaged or delayed to a significant degree, we may send a replacement. Please note:
Slight damage, taste preferences, or changes of mind do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

I’ve put my address in wrong, can I change it?
A: Yes! You can request an address change as long as it’s more than 24 hours before your order is due to be dispatched. To update your address:

Use the subject line: “Address Change”.
Include the following information in your email:
Your order number or the full name used when ordering.
The current address on your order.
The new full address you would like your order sent to.
Please double-check all details before sending your request to ensure your order is delivered correctly.
Shipping
PLEASE ENSURE you provide the correct POSTAL ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS and MOBILE NUMBER when ordering, as this is how Royal Mail will send your delivery and tracking confirmation.
If any information is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by these errors.

If you choose to re-route, divert, or select “deliver to a safe place” or “deliver to a neighbour” through Royal Mail tracking, we cannot be responsible for any delays or issues that may occur as a result.
Please note:
Our postal boxes do not fit through letterboxes, so someone will need to be available to receive the delivery.
We send all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24, 90% of these orders are delivered the day after dispatch, however, Royal Mail states this service is 1-3 working days for delivery from dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
Cancellation Policy
How can I cancel my order?
A: a minimum 48-hour notice is required before dispatch to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at Theboxedbaker@hotmail.com. Items are baked specifically for you, so cancellations after this period may not be accepted. Your dispatch date is listed in your email confirmation and on our website.
What happens if I place an order but do not agree to the cancellation terms?
A: By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to our cancellation terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order
Are there any fees for canceling my order?
A: Yes. Because we sell perishable goods, a 10% cancellation fee applies. This fee covers administrative costs, relisting your item on our website, and fees from our payment providers (PayPal / Squarespace). Fees cover administration costs and non-refundable fees from our payment providers at the time of your order.
